Branded Fleece

Mars Wear manufactures branded fleece at its own production facility in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, with its own design team, in your colours and with your logo, from a minimum of 100 pieces; we ship within Türkiye and abroad. Standard lead time is 15 working days.

WHY FLEECE?

Fleece is light, dries quickly and keeps you warm for its weight. It is worn on its own in spring and autumn and as a warm mid-layer under a jacket in winter, which is why warehouse, production, retail and field teams use it for most of the year. Staff also wear fleece outside work, so your logo is seen around town too.

MODELS

Fleece jacket — also known as a work fleece. Stand-up collar, full-length zip, zipped chest pocket and two zipped side pockets. The hoodless cut and plain cuffs do not clash with hard hats, radios or hi-vis vests.

Fleece gilet — a sleeveless work gilet. Stand-up collar and full-length zip; press-stud fastening, an inside pocket and a chest pocket can be added on request. It leaves the arms free, so it suits teams who use tools or drive, and in the office it works over a polo shirt.

JACKET OR GILET?

A gilet suits teams whose arms are always working; a fleece jacket with sleeves suits teams who face the wind outdoors. In air-conditioned offices and shops the temperature changes during the day, and a gilet is the most practical way to adjust warmth without changing the whole outfit. For mixed teams we plan both models in the same colour and logo, so the team keeps one look.

FABRIC, WEIGHT AND COLOUR

Anti-pilling fleece — a surface that resists pilling and keeps its shape through frequent corporate washing.

Weight — 280 g/m² as standard on the fleece jacket, with a 320 g/m² option for winter use. Heavier fleece is warmer but adds bulk under a jacket; as a mid-layer, the standard weight is enough.

Colour — corporate tones such as black, navy, anthracite and grey; the fleece jacket also comes in red and khaki. Corporate colours can be made to order.

LOGO: EMBROIDERY OR PRINT?

Fleece carries embroidery very well. A left-chest embroidered logo sits without puckering, does not fade in the wash and looks corporate. Printing is used for large back logos, text or multi-colour, finely detailed designs; sleeve application is also possible. Our design team prepares the logo placement as a digital visual and sends it for your approval before production.

SIZES AND ORDERING

Sizes XS–5XL, larger sizes made to order; mixed size runs are welcome. Prices shown on the cards are average unit prices excluding VAT for the quantity you select; once the logo method, weight and colour are settled, we prepare a quote for your organisation.

We also make fleece scarves and neck gaiters; if you plan winter accessories in the same order as your fleece, the colour matches exactly.

What is the minimum order? — 100 pieces. Standard lead time is 15 working days.

Does the fleece pill? — We use anti-pilling finished fleece, which resists frequent washing. Washing without fabric softener and at a low temperature extends its life.

Does fleece keep out wind and rain? — No. Fleece holds warmth but does not stop wind or rain; on wet sites, plan a waterproof outer layer over it.
