Bulk Logo Workwear Production (Min. 100)
TL;DR: Mars Wear produces bulk logo workwear from 100 pieces at its facility in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul. The process consists of choosing the product and fabric, sample approval, logo application (embroidery or print) and series production. Our delivery time after sample approval is 15 working days. For regular requirements, we offer fixed prices and priority through a framework agreement.
The Bulk Logo Workwear Production Process
Corporate workwear manufacturing follows set steps to get the right result. Every stage, from product selection to delivery, is planned. The steps below make clear how your project progresses and which approvals it goes through; you move forward in a controlled way, without surprises.
1. Defining the Requirement and the Product
First we clarify your sector, the conditions of use and your number of staff. T-shirts, trousers, coveralls or gilets — the fabric and weight are chosen accordingly. A fabric suited to the use is recommended, such as piqué, single jersey or gabardine in the 160–220 g range. The quantity and model are set at this step.
2. Sample and Approval
A sample is made before moving to series production. The fabric, stitching, size pattern and logo placement are approved on the sample. Your brand colour is matched using your Pantone code. Sample approval brings the risk of errors down to zero, and the delivery time starts from this approval.
3. Logo Application
The approved logo is applied by embroidery, screen printing, transfer, DTG or sublimation. The method is chosen according to the fabric, the number of colours and the expected durability. Embroidery is recommended for simple corporate logos, print for multi-colour designs. The logo areas (chest, back, sleeve) are set at this step.
4. Series Production and Delivery
Once approvals are complete, series production begins. Products that pass quality control are packed and delivered. Our standard delivery time is 15 working days from sample approval. For high-quantity projects, the delivery plan is shared from the start.

Minimum Order and the Quantity Advantage
Our minimum order for bulk production is 100 pieces. This quantity is the optimum threshold for both cost efficiency and production quality. As the quantity rises, the unit cost falls; with methods such as embroidery and screen printing, the set-up cost is spread over more pieces, which gives an advantage.
Regular Supply Through a Framework Agreement
For organisations with a regular need for staff clothing, we offer a framework agreement. With fixed prices, a pre-approved pattern and prioritised production, the same quality and colour are kept in every batch. Repeat orders for new staff go through quickly and smoothly, and your budget becomes predictable.
