About Winter Thermal Accessories
Mars Wear prepares winter thermal accessories in your colours and with your logo from a minimum of 100 pieces; the logo is applied at our own facility in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, from artwork prepared by our own design team. Standard lead time is 15 working days, and we ship within Türkiye and abroad.
In the cold, the body loses most heat through the head, neck, hands and feet. Jackets and gilets protect the torso; the accessories in this group cover the exposed areas.
PRODUCTS
Fleece scarf — 80 × 150 cm, in 220 or 280 g/m² fleece, printed or embroidered on the back. For cafés, hotels, events and customer-facing teams; also ordered as a corporate gift.
Fleece neck gaiter — a seamless tube. With no loose ends it cannot catch in machinery, and it closes the gap at the collar.
Balaclava — thermal fleece covering the face and neck. Designed to work with hard hats, safety glasses and masks; for windy sites and cold stores.
Thermal gloves — water-repellent outer and insulating lining. For cold store and outdoor teams.
Thermal socks — moisture-managing construction in a thickness that suits safety footwear. They keep feet warm and dry over a long shift.
Scarf — acrylic knit, with a logo or jacquard pattern. For office, reception and customer-facing teams.
WHICH TEAM, WHICH ACCESSORY?
Cold store — balaclava or fleece neck gaiter, thermal gloves and thermal socks, worn over a thermal base layer.
Outdoor sites and construction — fleece neck gaiter, thermal gloves and thermal socks. Teams who wear hard hats get a hard hat liner instead of a thick beanie.
Office, retail and reception — fleece scarf or knitted scarf.
Cafés, hotels and events — fleece scarf; also used as a corporate gift at events.
NO SCARVES NEAR MACHINERY
The loose ends of scarves can be caught by moving parts such as rotating shafts, conveyors, drills and lathes. Staff at machines are given a fleece neck gaiter with no loose ends; scarves belong in offices, shops and customer-facing roles.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN GLOVES
EN 511 is the standard for gloves that protect against cold, and it gives three performance digits; look at those digits rather than the word "thermal". Certification is issued by a notified body for a specific tested product. If certified PPE is mandatory at your workplace, tell us at the start of the project and we will define the values you need together.
ORDERING
We recommend planning accessories with your jacket, gilet or fleece order; because the logo is applied in one place, the colour matches exactly. The minimum order for gloves and socks is 100 pairs. Our design team prepares the logo placement as a digital visual and sends it for your approval before production. Prices shown on the cards are average unit prices excluding VAT for the quantity you select.
