Product description

What Is a Fleece Neck Warmer?

A neck protector in the form of a tube with no loose ends, pulled on over the head. It closes the gap at the collar of a jacket; by sealing the point where most cold air escapes, it visibly makes the upper layer's job easier.

Mars Wear produces it in your company colour and with your logo from a minimum of 100 pieces; standard delivery is 15 working days.

Why a Neck Warmer and Not a Scarf?

This is not a comfort choice when selecting accessories; it is a safety decision.

A scarf has loose ends. Next to rotating shafts, conveyor belts, drills, lathes and similar moving parts, any fabric with loose ends carries an entanglement risk. A scarf that gets caught wraps around the neck, and the consequences are serious. That is why scarves are not issued to staff who work next to machinery.

A neck warmer is a tube — it has no hanging ends and leaves nothing to get caught. It does the same job without the risk.

A simple rule: if there is moving machinery, a neck warmer; if not, a scarf is fine. For customer-facing office and reception staff, a corporate scarf is suitable.

What Seamless Means

A neck warmer is in direct contact with the skin, and the neck is one of the areas most sensitive to friction. A seam line presses on the same spot all day; after a few hours irritation starts and staff take the neck warmer off.

That is why seamless (tubular knit) or flat-seamed production is preferred. A cheap neck warmer with thick, rough seams stops being worn a week after it is handed out.

Ways to Wear It

Although it is a single piece, it has several uses, and staff usually discover them:

  • Around the neck — standard use, closes the collar gap
  • Pulled up over the mouth and nose — temporary protection on a windy site
  • Wrapped over the head and ears — when the beanie has been forgotten

If the wind is strong and constant, a balaclava is more suitable than a neck warmer; it fully covers the face and head in one piece.

Logo Application

Embroidery sits well on a fleece surface and stands up to washing. Transfer printing can also be applied, but because fleece has a brushed surface the edges of a print can lift over time; for heavy use we recommend embroidery.

The logo is placed at a height where it shows when the neck warmer is folded — a logo placed too low disappears under the jacket collar.

Ordering and Care

Our minimum order is 100; company colour and logo, shipping within Türkiye and abroad.

  • Wash at 30 °C, inside out.
  • Do not use fabric softener; it reduces the fleece's ability to trap air.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Insulation drops when the fleece pills and thins; check at the start of the season.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why a neck warmer instead of a scarf near machinery? A scarf's loose ends can get caught in rotating parts. A neck warmer is a tube with no hanging ends. It should be preferred in every area with moving machinery.

Can it be used to cover the mouth? Yes — pulled up, it covers the mouth and nose. But if the wind is constant, a balaclava is more suitable.

Why does seamless matter? The neck is sensitive to friction; a seam presses on the same spot all day and causes irritation. A neck warmer that irritates is not worn, and the pieces handed out are wasted.

Can it be worn with a hard hat? Yes, a neck warmer does not interfere with a hard hat. To keep the head warm, a thin hard hat liner is needed as well.

What is your minimum order? 100 pieces.
