It Is Not a Tool Belt

First, a distinction: this product is a clothing belt that holds up trousers, not a carrier for hanging tools.

A tool belt is a separate product; its width, stitching and buckle are built to carry heavy loads. Attaching tool holders to a clothing belt deforms it and, over time, creates pressure at a single point on the waist.

The Buckle: A Quiet Problem

A metal buckle is an overlooked source of damage for staff who work in customers' premises.

When a technician bends over in white goods, furniture, glass, automotive or kitchen service, the edge of the buckle touches a glossy surface. The resulting scratch is one of the quiet causes of service complaints.

For these teams we offer three options:

• Plastic clip buckle — no metal contact, the safest option
• Fabric-covered buckle — metal body, covered on the outside
• Flat, edgeless metal buckle — a profile with reduced protrusions

For staff who pass through metal detectors (airports, security-controlled sites), a plastic buckle is also a practical daily gain.

Canvas or Leather?

• Canvas — light, washable, unaffected by moisture and predictable in cost. The standard for field teams. It can be cleaned when dirty and does not crack like leather.
• Leather — looks corporate and formal; preferred for office and customer-facing staff. But it deforms in moisture, needs care and is expensive.

In mixed teams it is common to split the two: canvas for the field, leather for the office.

Size and Fit

Managing sizes is the awkward side of buying belts for a workforce. There are two practical routes:

• Cut-to-length long belt — produced in one size; staff shorten it to fit. This ends the stock management problem.
• Two lengths — standard and long; covers most of the workforce.

The cut-to-length option is clearly more practical for large and changing teams; we decide together before ordering which one suits you.

Ordering and Care

Our minimum order is 100; shipping within Türkiye and abroad. A logo or embossing can be applied to the buckle.

• Canvas belts can be washed at 30 °C; remove the buckle if it detaches.
• Do not wash leather belts; wipe with a damp cloth and apply a care cream.
• When the buckle prong loosens, the belt starts to slip — replace it.
• On canvas, stitching usually starts to come undone at the buckle attachment; check it periodically.

Can we hang tools on it? This is a clothing belt, not a tool belt. Tool holders deform the belt and create pressure at a single point on the waist. For heavy tools, plan it together with trouser braces.
