What Is a Branded Fleece Shawl?

A fleece shawl is a rectangular fleece wrap worn over the shoulders — a light layer of warmth for the moments when a coat is too much but the cold is still felt. A branded fleece shawl is the same product made to order for your organisation, with your logo printed or embroidered on it.

Businesses that order it usually want two things at once: guests or staff who stay warm, and a brand that is seen. A shawl does both. Worn over the shoulders, the whole back is an open advertising space — your logo reads from a distance on a café terrace, in a stand or at a trade fair.

Who Uses It?

Cafés and restaurants — open terraces and garden seating. A café fleece shawl is the cheapest way to extend the terrace season through autumn and winter, and a branded shawl on the chair advertises the venue itself. Because it is washed and reused, it lasts the whole season, unlike disposable items.

Hotels, resorts and boat tours — a warm welcome on dinner terraces, jetties and deck events. With the hotel's name or logo embroidered on it, the shawl becomes a keepsake guests take home.

Events, concerts and sport — open-air concerts, stands, marathons and festivals. A sponsor logo printed large on the back is seen hundreds of times in a crowd.

Logo Application: Embroidery or Print?

Two methods stand out on fleece; the choice depends on the size of the logo and where the shawl will be used.

• Large print on the back (transfer / DTF) — for a wide logo and brand name, as pictured. Gives a sharp result with multi-colour or finely detailed logos and keeps the unit cost low on a large area. Preferred for events and promotions that need visibility from a distance.
• Embroidery — for a medium logo on a corner, the front end or the back. The pile of the fleece holds the thread well; embroidery does not fade in the wash and looks more premium. Most requested for hotels, cafés and corporate gifts.

Screen-printing ink does not sit well on a fleece pile, so we do not recommend screen printing on shawls. Our own design team sets the logo size and position for the way the shawl is worn: on a shawl thrown over the shoulders, the placement is calculated so that the logo sits in the middle of the back. Size, Fabric and Colour

We make the branded fleece shawl in two fabric weights: 220 g/m² and 280 g/m². The 220 g/m² shawl is lighter and folds smaller; it is preferred for promotions, events and gift distribution. The 280 g/m² shawl is thicker and warmer; it is recommended where the shawl will be used often and for long periods, such as open terraces, boats and hotels.

The shawl measures 80 × 150 cm — long enough to wrap around the shoulders and close at the front, and also usable as a throw on chairs and sofas. The fabric weight is agreed at the quotation stage, once we have talked about where it will be used; if you need a different size, mention it at this stage.

Pilling is the best-known problem with fleece. For café and hotel shawls that are washed often, we recommend fleece with an anti-pilling finish, which slows pilling down. For fabric options, see our workwear fabric guide.

Black is the colour on which a logo reads most clearly and that shows the least dirt; the pictured model is black. Shawls can be made in your corporate colour; for custom colours, quantity and lead time are planned separately.

Wholesale Fleece Shawl Prices

The price of a branded fleece shawl cannot be given from a single list; fabric weight, size, colour, logo method, number of logo positions and quantity are calculated together. The unit cost falls as quantity rises, because cutting, print and embroidery set-up is spread over more pieces.

The 280 g/m² model is priced about 15% higher than the 220 g/m² model. 2. Design approval — our design team prepares the logo placement on a digital mock-up.
3. Sample — a physical sample is sent on request.
4. Production — in our own facility; standard lead time 15 working days.
5. Shipping — within Türkiye and abroad; for multi-branch businesses boxes can be split by branch.

For date-bound orders such as events or New Year, we recommend confirming the order at least 15 working days in advance.

Care

Wash the fleece shawl at 30 °C, inside out. Do not use fabric softener; it flattens the fleece fibres and speeds up pilling. Do not use bleach; dry flat rather than in a tumble dryer. Do not iron directly on prints or embroidery. For details, see our workwear care instructions.
