Mekap is one of the brands we are an authorised dealer for. We supply organisations in bulk from 100 pairs, collect the size breakdown on your behalf and ship separately to multiple sites.

Our difference from retail is as much in the process as in the price: instead of ordering sizes one by one, your team's foot sizes are collected, the shoes arrive in a single batch and are distributed to your branches.

Which Range Should You Choose?

Mekap has three separate bands, and the difference between them is not just price:

• SGR range (Etna, Mauna) — the entry segment. Short shifts, indoors, low risk. Keeps the unit cost down for teams with high staff turnover.
• GPR range (Policap, Colorado, Ganj, Magnific) — the mid segment. The most balanced choice for jobs where staff stand all day, such as factories, warehouses and technical service.
• DMK range (Windy, Bermuda, Ghost) — the upper segment. Long shifts, heavy sites, outdoors. Noticeably better for foot fatigue and sole life.

If you are undecided, tell us how long your team stands each day; we choose the range on that basis.

Choose the Right Safety Class

The class is decided before the model. What the EN ISO 20345 classes cover:

• SB — toe protection resistant to a 200 J impact and 15 kN compression. The basic level.
• S1 — SB + antistatic + heel energy absorption + closed heel.
• S1P — S1 + penetration resistance, metal midsole (P, tested with a 4.5 mm nail).
• S1PL — S1 + penetration resistance, non-metal midsole (PL, 4.5 mm nail).
• S2 — S1 + water absorption resistance of the upper.
• S3 — S1P + water resistance + cleated (profiled) outsole.

The 2022 revision of the standard split penetration resistance: P a metal midsole, PL a non-metal midsole (4.5 mm nail), and PS a non-metal midsole tested with a thinner 3.0 mm nail. On sites with a high risk of thin nails and wire, look for PS — most suppliers still do not make this distinction.

A practical match:

• S1 / S1P — inside factories, warehouses, assembly lines, technical service
• S2 — kitchens, food production, wet floors
• S3 — construction sites, outdoors, muddy ground with a puncture risk
• S5 wellingtons — farming, abattoirs, washing areas

The Real Problem in Bulk Orders: Sizing

The most common reason for returns in corporate footwear orders is not price or quality but the wrong size. To solve this at the outset:

• Before ordering, we collect the team's shoe sizes through a form.
• Size range 35–48; larger sizes supplied on request.
• For staff who are unsure, we send a sample pair first.
• A mixed breakdown (for example 30 pairs of 42, 25 pairs of 43, 20 pairs of 41) is covered in a single batch.

4. Size collection — the team's sizes are collected through a form.
5. Supply — genuine products, invoiced.
6. Shipping — within Türkiye and abroad, delivered separately to multiple sites.

Our minimum order is 100 pairs.

Care

• Do not machine wash leather models; remove mud first with a soft brush, then with a damp cloth.
• Take out the insole periodically to air it.
• Clear stones and gravel stuck in the sole profile — they directly reduce slip resistance.
• On leather models, a care cream delays cracking of the upper.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are they genuine products? Yes. We supply genuine, invoiced products from the brands we are an authorised dealer for.

Why are the prices lower than retail? Because we supply in batches starting from 100 pairs, not single pairs. As the quantity rises, the unit price falls further.

Can you supply a Mekap model not listed here? Yes. Send us the model code and we will come back with current availability and price.

Is there a model without a steel toe cap? Yes, we supply composite toe models. Composite is preferred for staff who pass through metal detectors and in cold environments.

Can you get sizes above 48? They are supplied on request; the standard range is 35–48.

Can we buy shoes and uniforms together? Yes, that is the most common way of ordering. We produce the uniform at our own facility and supply the shoes; one quote, one shipment.

Do you ship abroad? Yes, we ship within Türkiye and abroad.
