About Sector Solutions
The same garment is not right for every sector. A T-shirt may be ruled out in a factory because of sparks, in food production because of its pocket layout, and in a warehouse because of visibility. This page brings together the products in our catalogue by the sector they are used in.
What really separates one sector from another is the hazard the team is exposed to:
On construction sites the priorities are visibility and durability. Vehicle traffic determines the EN ISO 20471 class; contact with concrete and steel calls for reinforcement at the knees, seat and pocket openings.
In logistics and warehousing the priorities are visibility around forklifts and temperature changes. For a team that moves between a heated warehouse, an open loading dock and a cold store in the same shift, a layering plan gives the right result, not one heavy jacket.
In factories and production the priority is the hazard on the line. Loose sleeves and dangling cords near rotating parts carry an entanglement risk; if there are sparks, the fabric choice changes; in food and pharmaceutical production the risk is reversed and there are no pockets above the waist.
In private security the priority is regulation. Turkish Law No. 5188 restricts the colour and design of the uniform, makes it subject to an approval process and makes the logo mandatory.
We also have sector solution pages for teams such as supermarkets and retail, hotels and restaurants, healthcare and cleaning; there, the representational role of the clothing matters as much as its function.
If your workforce covers more than one sector profile, we differentiate them within a single order using colour coding and sleeve embroidery.
Mars Wear has been manufacturing at its own production facility in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul since 2015. With our own design team we develop patterns, colours and logos for each organisation; our minimum order is 100 pieces and our standard lead time is 15 working days. We ship within Türkiye and abroad.
