About Seasonal Solutions
A corporate clothing plan is not made once a year. The same team needs protection from sweating in summer, from wind in winter and, in spring and autumn, from temperature swings within the day. This page brings together the products in our catalogue by season.
In summer products the aim is not to find thin fabric but to move sweat away from the body. Fabric weight, weave (piqué and mesh let air through) and fibre balance are decisive. For teams working outdoors, a thin, breathable long-sleeved top often gives better results than a short-sleeved one — it protects the arms from the sun.
The most common mistake with winter products is buying one heavy jacket. The right answer is three layers: a thermal base layer that moves sweat away from the skin, a fleece or sweatshirt that traps heat, and an outer layer that blocks wind and water. A cotton underlayer backfires in this system; it stays wet and staff get cold the moment they stop. Because a large share of heat loss is from the head, neck and hands, a beanie, neck warmer and thermal socks are more effective than a thicker jacket.
The mid-season is the longest period and the one most often overlooked. A site that is 8 degrees in the morning reaches 20 degrees by midday; when one product has to do everything, staff are either cold in the morning or take it off at midday. Half-zip sweatshirts, softshell jackets, padded gilets and jackets with a removable lining are the products for this range.
On the planning side, a practical rule: placing the seasonal order before the season starts is an advantage for both the production schedule and the size breakdown. Setting the summer and winter sets together in an annual framework plan removes the need for a second procurement round.
Mars Wear manufactures at its own production facility in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, with its own design team, using patterns, colours and logos made for each organisation. Our minimum order is 100 pieces and our standard lead time is 15 working days; we ship within Türkiye and abroad.
